Here is what Boris Johnson, Mayor for London has to say about Victoria:

“Victoria is a great asset to my team, representing me at events across London and communicating my aims and visions to different communities in the city. She is a role model for women in politics, and has a wonderful empathy that people respond to.”

Lady Victoria Borwick: Statutory Deputy Mayor
Technically the most senior woman in the capital’s politics. If Boris Johnson falls under a bus she is the person who takes control. The genial former businesswoman had a successful career with P&O before coming into politics. After being beaten to the Tory mayoral candidacy by Boris in 2008, her name is being mentioned as a potential successor.
